Location: Morris Plains, NJ, USA.
 
Title: Project Coordinator / PMO Analysts
 
The Project Coordinator/PMO Analyst will be responsible for providing ad hoc administrative support to Project Managers. 

Key duties/responsibilities

·         Coordinate and schedule project related workshops and meeting logistics.

·         Participation in team meetings when applicable; preparation or editing of meeting minutes and/or presentations as required.

·         Assist in the maintenance of tracking issues/action items related to projects and updating status.

·         Coordinate and schedule user training as required for the project.

·         Organize and manage access to project documentation as required via SharePoint.

·         Maintain project calendars and assists with SharePoint site maintenance.

·         File all project documents (hard and soft copies).

·         Provide all other administrative support to the project management office.

 

Skills and Training

·         Skills in project management, the associated principles and tools.

·         Ability to read and understand standard business documentation.

·         Solid written and oral communication skills.

·         Solid organizational and team building skills.

·         Ability to work independently on several projects simultaneously and under tight schedules.

·         Computer proficiency, including, standard office software applications.

·         Knowledge of data collection and interpretation is preferred.

·         Ability to use all basic office equipment.

·         Proactive by nature and aggressive willingness to follow through.

·         Basic understanding of financial reporting

·         Analytical and problem solving abilities

 

Job Requirements

·         Bachelor's degree or equivalent years experience.

·         Experience using Microsoft SharePoint, Enterprise Project Manager (EPM)/Project 2007, and other Microsoft applications.
