To support this growth, the technology organization needs to add critical staff focused on enhancing and building core processing functions, growing and enhancing an industry leading division of a world wide global investment bank.

Responsibilities: Manage the Technology process and spend within Investor Technology.  This will include: leading vendor meetings, interfacing with Support organization for escalation of aged items, vendor invoice management and payments/accruals. This individual will also need to track usage, budget, and forecasts across all projects using Vendors. (including: Investor vendor license schedules, maintenance schedules, and related items)

Required 2-5 years experience in the financial services industry, focused on technology project management, finance, or accounting

• Quick and motivated learner
• Good understanding of project management and business management concepts
• Outstanding communication, and teamwork skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Detail oriented, organized, and analytical
• Self-motivated and can work independently as well as in a team environment • Proficient in Sharepoint and PowerPoint
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc)
• Bachelors Degree in MIS, IS, Finance, Accounting or related field
